Samsung Nepal has launched its Dashain-Tihar festive campaign, offering customers cashback of up to 26%, exchange bonuses, gifts and opportunities to win Samsung home appliances and consumer electronics.

The campaign, titled “Smart Upgrade Gharma, Lucky Surprise Chaandma,” will run from September 20 to November 16, 2026, and covers selected Samsung TVs, refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners.

The festive campaign combines daily and weekly lucky draws with cashback offers and guaranteed gifts on selected products.

39 customers to win Samsung products

Under the lucky draw scheme, 31 daily winners will have the opportunity to win either a Samsung 9kg front-load washing machine or a 55-inch UHD TV, depending on the eligible product purchased.

A further eight weekly winners will receive a Samsung 1-ton air conditioner.

Customers purchasing eligible Samsung TVs, refrigerators, washing machines or air conditioners during the campaign period can participate by registering their purchases according to the campaign's terms and conditions.

To enter the draw, customers need to send an SMS in the format “Samsung [14-digit Serial Number]” to 37273. The serial number can be found on the sticker at the back of the product.

Customers will receive an SMS confirmation after registration.

The winners will be announced every Wednesday on Image Channel's “Music of Your Choice” programme. Samsung said the winner list will also be published on the Facebook pages of Smart Plaza and Big Digital.

Up to 26% cashback on selected products

In addition to the lucky draws, Samsung Nepal is offering cashback and other benefits on selected TVs and home appliances.

Customers purchasing eligible Samsung TVs can receive cashback of up to 26%, along with a free soundbar and up to 12 months of free NETTV service on selected models.

For refrigerators, the campaign offers cashback of up to 21% and an exchange bonus of up to NPR 5,000.

Similarly, selected washing machines come with cashback of up to 18%, an exchange bonus of up to NPR 3,000, and a free 6kg Surf Excel Matic detergent pack.

24-month EMI option available

Samsung Nepal is also offering financing options through its Samsung Insta Finance service, powered by Hulas Finserve Hire Purchase Ltd.

Under the scheme, customers can purchase eligible appliances through a 24-month EMI plan, making installment-based purchases available during the festive period.

Customers looking to upgrade their existing home appliances can also exchange their old appliances through ArkoStore or participating authorized Samsung retail outlets across Nepal.

Samsung said the offers are available for a limited period and are subject to applicable terms and conditions. Customers can contact their nearest authorized Samsung retailer for details on eligible products and campaign benefits.
