Global technology company Xiaomi has expanded its wearable portfolio in Nepal with the launch of the Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm, a premium smartwatch that combines an elegant design with advanced health monitoring, long battery life, and comprehensive fitness tracking features.

The Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm sports a 1.48-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 480 × 480 pixels, 323 PPI, and peak brightness of up to 2,500 nits, delivering sharp visuals and enhanced readability even in bright outdoor conditions. The smartwatch features a stainless steel frame, premium bezel and strap options, and weighs just 46 grams, offering a balance of durability, comfort, and style for everyday use.

Powered by an 815mAh battery, the smartwatch delivers up to 21 days of battery life on a single charge under typical usage conditions, reducing the need for frequent charging.

The device is equipped with upgraded sensors and intelligent algorithms that provide enhanced accuracy in monitoring key health indicators, including heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), sleep quality, and other wellness metrics. It also generates weekly and monthly sleep reports and includes Sleep Heart Rate Variability (HRV) monitoring, enabling users to gain deeper insights into their sleep patterns and overall health.

Targeting fitness enthusiasts, the Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm supports more than 150 sports modes and features an upgraded dual-band, five-system GNSS for improved location tracking and positioning accuracy during outdoor activities. When paired with a smartphone, cyclists can access a real-time cycling dashboard for performance monitoring.

Among its standout additions is Passion Mode, which can detect cheering gestures such as clapping, arm swinging, and fist clenching while recording related activity metrics, including heart rate, calories burned, and cheer counts.

The smartwatch also comes equipped with Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and 5ATM water resistance, making it suitable for everyday wear as well as sports and outdoor activities.

According to the company, the Xiaomi Watch S5 46mm is available in Nepal at a suggested retail price of NPR 39,999.
